How long does the balloon printing take ?
Most of the balloon printing work (quantites under 500 balloons printed) will take around 7 business days. There is an option to process your order in 4 days at time of ordering. Extra charges apply for this work
Does the price include VAT ?
The price seen is the price paid. The only additional charge is the standard delivery at £4.99. The same delivery charge applied no matter the size of the order. There are delivery charges greater than £4.99 if you require an express delivery service.
Do the balloons arrive inflated ?
No - we offer a balloon printing service only and the balloons arrived flat-packed only. Helium can be purcahsed online from numerous webstes with a DIY kit or hired from your local balloon shop.
How will I receive my balloons ?
Flat packed in a bag.
What artwork do I need to provide ?
We accept nearly all types of standard artwork (photoshop, png, jpg, pdf). Please make sure fonts are sent with pdf files and the file size is A4
What make of balloons do you use ?
We use Belbal latex balloons. These have been found to be one of the best makes to print onto. They are perfect for using with air or helium. For printing onto foil balloons we use oaktree, qualatex or anagram balloons.
What is there is a problem with the artwork I send ?
We will contact yourself for an alternative file type. The most common problem with artwork is the quality of the image sent is not good enough to print (usually too small). If you are designing an image make sure the design sent is at least A4 size.
I was looking to get 25 midnight balloons printed on 2 sides with white ink. Can you let me know how much that would cost and how long the turn around time is?

Receipts are auto sent at time of purchase. Check your junk mail folder or reproduce one on our admin status page
I am looking at 50 printed balloons but was wondering if we could have a selection of 5 colours rather than 4?
The balloon colour can change as many times as you require. Just add the additional balloon colours in the Additional Information section when ordering, The additional information section is located is near the end of the ordering process before payment is made.
I am keen to order my ballons with your company for my save the dates for my Wedding. My colour theme is Grey and White. I notice the only grey you have is quite light. Would you be prepared to get a darker shade of Grey balloon in for my Order? If not, do you think white text will stand out enough on the shade of grey/silver you have in stock?
White text will probably not stand our enough. Maybe a darker grey ink colour ? We can change the ink colours to make them darker but the balloon colours are standard. If you want an ink colour that's not listed I can add colours to the list.

Is it possible to change the text in a template design, as we have required? to change 'wedding celebrations' to 'Save the Date', but still use the template?

We use paypal as a payment provider. They will accept any card if you don't have a valid paypal account. You need an email address that isn't linked to a paypal account however

Uploading the artwork sends us your design with an email linked to it. If you now make any order with the same email address, the the artwork will get linked to you order. Start by viewing out balloon quantities page and complete your order. Under the type of balloon printing option, select "I've uploaded my artwork"

I'd like to enquire about purchasing 30-40 balloons for a company event.We would ideally like a blue standard balloon with two images either side of the balloons in white. We are flexible with whether the balloons come pumped already or whether we get a hellium canister delivered to do it ourselves.We would also need the ribbons and weight as well.

The printing process involves dosen't give an option to print in "full colour". We need to know how many different ink colours needed to give a price. You can view all our prices for a quantity of 500 balloons online.

I am looking around for the best deal I can get for 500, 750 or 1000 latex balloons printed up with our playgroup logo. I have artwork in differing formats as above. We would advise to get your balloon delivered before the day of the event. You can put pictures on balloons, but transforming a full colour into a single print has mixed results. I have a slight dilemma: I ordered balloons from another website for my wedding invitations and when they arrived they were awful - the print was almost impossible to read (it was gold on cream) and very small. So, I am in the process of complaining but have no time to wait until I hear back from them so thought I better just use another company to print them as need them pretty soon. I would also very much like your honest opinion on text size, font and balloon colour before I order them. I just want them to be readable and look lovely! I would quite like the turquoise balloon with white text and I like the fonts HoboBT, roundhand BT and Century Old Style. Below is the text as I would like it laid out - would it be possible to get the little corner design from template 12 on there as well? if that is extra then no worries. The less, the bigger the writing. The printable area on the balloon is standard so reduce the text. White writing on a turquoise balloon will stand out a lot better. Will we send you a proof before printing.
